The gates of the Saint Paul Campus parking ramp are operational as of Nov. 18. The gates are down and require an ID card or a pulled ticket to open. To assist you, staff will be available at the gates during these times on that day:
- 7:30 to 9:15 a.m.
- 12:15 to 1:15 p.m.
- 5:15 to 6:15 p.m.
Workers tested the gates Monday, Nov. 16 and Tuesday, Nov. 17. You should be prepared to use your ID card. Visitors or faculty and staff who do not have their ID card will pull a ticket. Workers will be able to assist you.
The parking ramp gates did not become operational on Nov. 11 as planned due to technical issues.
When the gates are operational, students must use a university photo ID card issued after Aug. 1, 2015 to enter and exit the ramp. Employees who are on payroll deduction or who paid for the fall semester should use their university photo ID issued after July 23, 2015. All others visitors pay $5 to park in the ramp. Accepted payment types are cash (no coins), VISA or Master Card.
Students or employees may obtain a new ID card at the Library and Learning Center, Second Floor Circulation Desk, or to the Admissions Office, first floor of Founders Hall across from Gateway Student Services, Saint Paul Campus.
