Inclusive Excellence Grant Program accepting proposals

The Inclusive Excellence Grant Program from the MnSCU Equity and Diversity Division is accepting proposals for its 2016-2017 grant cycle. These grants seek to infuse equity and diversity into all aspects of university strategy and best practices to address the achievement and opportunity gaps among students from under-represented communities.

The  grants supports and encourage programs and activities that are having a measurable impact on the access, opportunity and success of students from underrepresented groups in a systematic fashion so all Minnesotans have access to an extraordinary education.

All proposals must be received by noon, Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2016. There are no exceptions for late submissions. Each proposal is considered and reviewed by the University Diversity Council. The council makes institutional recommendations to Devinder Malhotra, interim president, who forwards final proposals to MnSCU for award consideration.
