New “Entrepreneurship and Innovation” degree program for those who dream of self-employment

Are you ready to take action toward creating the career that you deserve? If building your dream means , small business ownership or innovative leadership within an existing company, Metropolitan State’s Entrepreneurship and Innovation major or minor offered through the College of Management is designed just for you.

Career success today means mastering both your courses and developing the skills that give you the competitive advantage. Learn to “think like an entrepreneur” and develop the highly demanded entrepreneurial mindset in a diverse world in ENTR400 or master the challenges and choices in entrepreneurship and innovation in ENTR490. If you’re a non-business major, you are one step away from this path starting with a business boot camp-type course exposing you to business basics in ENTR300.

With these basics under your belt, choose from another seven electives that further strengthen your skills and career opportunities from building business plans to small businessfocused marketing, finance, and law. Or, find a place to explore how to make money while doing good for society and your community in the social entrepreneurship course, ENTR510. Take control of your future and build your dream!
